The Heskin Group, comprised of 12 senior professionals, is
national in scope with its headquarters in Minneapolis, its
investment operations in New York and an affiliated government
services office in Denver.
Over one-half of the senior professionals have advanced degrees
in law, business or accounting. Other senior professionals
have substantial backgrounds in capital markets, mortgage
banking, servicing, real estate brokerage and environmental
engineering.
These senior professionals have worked together since the
mid 1980’s successfully executing government assignments
covering over 45,000 assets, $3.0 billion book value by coordinating
and performing the variety of tasks that are involved in major
government initiatives. Heskin professionals in New
York operate and manage all aspects of a large commercial
real estate and mortgage loan portfolio (totaling $373million
) on behalf of a major private lending institution and a private
institutional investment fund. Heskin’s professionals
provide the daily management and control, MIS, legal compliance,
tax, accounting, administration, tracking and reporting of
this portfolio.
