Raymond Cunningham

Mr. Cunningham is a founding member of Heskin and serves as the Senior Vice President of Finance.   Since the mid 1980’s, Mr. Cunningham has been involved with all of Heskin’s government advisory projects, working with Heskin’s staff in Minneapolis, Denver and New York.   As the VP of Finance, Mr. Cunningham has had responsibility for maintaining fiscal control and accountability for over 45,000 loan and REO assets.   Mr. Cunningham manages a staff that provides all accounting and reporting services on government contracts, including receipts collections and remittances, expense disbursements in accordance with appropriate delegations of authority, and budget variance analysis.  

Prior to the formation of Heskin, Mr. Cunningham served as Vice President of Finance for the Wilder Foundation’s syndication/development subsidiaries and worked with Ms. Higgins on all aspects of the reorganization and turn-around of these subsidiaries.   Mr. Cunningham has also served as Vice President of Finance for a national real estate development firm in the 1970’s.  

Mr. Cunningham holds a BS in Accounting and Business from St. John’s University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
