Judith Wurdock

Having joined Heskin in 1990, Ms. Wurdock is a senior vice president of the Heskin Group.   Ms. Wurdock has worked in the residential and commercial real estate area, specializing in underwriting and loan workouts, providing due diligence, asset management and loan sales advisory services for both private and government clients.   Ms. Wurdock currently oversees operations and tax issues for assets in Heskin’s private investment portfolio and works with Heskin’s affilated Denver office on government contracts with HUD.   Prior to her work with Heskin, Ms. Wurdock was a financial/market analyst for Citicorp Real Estate, a division of Citibank.  

Ms. Wurdock holds a BS and MA, Cum Laude, from the University of Detroit, an MBA in Finance from the University of Minnesota and is a Certified Public Accountant.
