The Heskin Group, Inc. (“Heskin”) is a woman-owned
national asset management, financial sales and due diligence
advisor to government and private entities based in Minneapolis,
Minnesota with an institutional sales office in New York,
New York and an affiliated office in Denver, Colorado. Heskin
has provided collateralized and unsecured loan, mortgage derivative
and real estate due diligence, valuation, asset management,
financial sales advisory and disposition services to the public
and private sectors since 1983.
Heskin has also served as the managing organizational partner
of a number of joint venture entities in conducting liquidations
and sales of every conceivable asset type pursuant to numerous
government contracts including: SAMDA/SAMA’s, Due Diligence/Valuation
Projects, Loan Servicing Projects, Eastern Region Underwriting/Bidder
Qualification Contract, MASDA, RTC/FDIC Financial Advisory
contracts and Due Diligence contracts under National RTC Due
Diligence Basic Ordering Agreement. Under all of these contracts,
Heskin’s accurate and timely asset sales and valuation
expertise expedited results and maximized successful returns
on asset disposition.
Since the mid 1990's through today, Heskin operates and manages
all aspects of a portfolio of commercial real estate and mortgage
loan assets totaling $373 million+ book value primarily on
behalf of a major private lending institution, a private institutional
investment fund and other private investment groups. Heskin’s
activities encompass the daily management and control, MIS,
legal compliance, tax, accounting, administration, corporate
governance, tracking and reporting - the “soup to nuts”
operations - of these entities which are doing business in
a variety of jurisdictions nationwide.
Corporate administrative staff, systems and management policies
and procedures have been put in place since the mid-1990's
meeting the requirements of our private sector clients and
partners to accommodate continued steady growth in this very
important segment of Heskin’s ongoing financial services
operations for its private and government clients.
